The Roberts Family Fruit Country Store is located at 554 Earnscleugh Road approximately halfway between Alexandra and Clyde. This is an ideal location for travelers driving State Highway 8 between Dunedin, Invercargill and Roxburgh and Cromwell, Wanaka and Queenstown.

The Roberts family developed the orchard and market gardens when they first moved to Central Otago in the 1960’s and Roberts have been selling quality fruit and vegetables since then. There have now been three generations of the family working the land, orchards and gardens. In Late 2023 Harry and Tasha revamped what was Robs Rural Market to Roberts Family Fruit Country Store.

Locals flock to our Roberts Family Fruit Country Store to get their traditional Christmas and New Year Fruit, Vegies and Berries. Our tomatoes are highly sought after locally because of their big beefy texture.  The real tomato taste comes from being grown naturally outdoors under our hot summer sun. We also grow a verity of spray free potatoes! Our Country Store stocks a wide range of local produce including jams, chutneys, sauces and honey. We have freshly baked local Bread delivered daily and fresh local Eggs delivered weekly. We also stock a wide range of tasty treats and gifts from across New Zealand!
